After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: road traffic accident. Avlocardyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOMIPRAMINE, PRAZINIL, RISPERDAL, CLONAZEPAM, YOHIMBINE, ZOLOFT, ZOMIG. Patient died.
