Avinza and toxicologic test abnormal Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Avinza Side Effects Report #5577664-2
Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 17, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia , breakthrough pain, depression , anxiety disorder, essential tremor, sleep disorder  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , detoxification, toxicologic test abnormal, withdrawal syndrome. Avinza dosage: 360 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ACTIQ, LORAZEPAM, STRATTERA, PROPANOLOL, ANDROGEL, TRAZODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 10, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxicologic test abnormal. Avinza dosage: 90 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with RESTORIL. Patient recovered.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 05, 2005. Male patient, 21 years of age, was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, bronchopneumonia, loss of consciousness, overdose, respiratory arrest, toxicologic test abnormal. Avinza dosage: 120 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died on 07/02/2005.
