Avinza and suicidal ideation Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 11, 2006. Male patient, 44 years of age, weighting 182.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, hepatitis c  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, auditory, insomnia, pain , paranoia, psychotic disorder , suicidal ideation. Avinza dosage: MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ADDERALL CAPSULES, REBETOL, AMPHETAMINE AND DEXTROAMPHETAMINE SALTS, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, PEGINTERFERON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple fractures, osteoarthritis , pain , scoliosis and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, intentional overdose, suicidal ideation. Avinza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BUPROPION, CLORAZEPATE DIPOTASSIUM, FLUOXETINE, FUROSEMIDE, GABAPENTIN. Patient died on 01/28/2006.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 14, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , feeling abnormal, insomnia, pain , suicidal ideation. Avinza dosage: 60 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, OXYCODONE. Patient recovered.
