Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 15, 2005. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with pain
and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, respiratory arrest, treatment noncompliance. Avinza dosage: 30 MG/M^2 QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ANASTROZOLE, ATENOLOL, CALCIUM ACETATE, DOCUSATE, GLIMEPIRIDE, NITROGLYCERIN, QUINAPRIL, SIMVASTATIN. Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 03, 2005. Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 173.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain
and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, cyanosis, fall , foaming at mouth, hyperhidrosis, respiratory arrest, snoring , somnolence. Avinza dosage: 60 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARISOPRODOL, PROMETHAZINE GEL, VENLAFAXINE. Patient died on 06/30/2004.Avinza Side Effects Report #4866182-2

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, overdose, respiratory arrest. Avinza dosage: 120 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died on 07/02/2005.
