After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, renal failure. Avinza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
