Avinza and lethargy Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Avinza Side Effects Report #4867202-1
Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 08, 2005. Female patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with rib fracture and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, cardiac arrest , lethargy, loss of consciousness. Avinza dosage: 120 MG/M^2 QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, DIAZEPAM, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, FENTANYL, FLUOXETINE, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, NORDIAZEPAM, NORFLUOXETINE. Patient died on 09/22/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, lethargy, oral intake reduced. Avinza dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lethargy, pneumonia aspiration. Avinza dosage: 30 MG QD PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/01/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, BENADRYL, COUMADIN, LASIX, NORVASC, DIOVAN, CYMBALTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
