Avinza Side Effects Report #4744990-6
Avinza side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 20, 2005. Female patient, 36 years of age, weighting 146.0 lb, was diagnosed with intervertebral disc protrusion, pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, inadequate analgesia, intentional self-injury, laceration, panic reaction, suicide attempt. Avinza dosage: 60 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, SERTRALINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 17, 2006. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: inadequate analgesia, insomnia, overdose. Avinza dosage: 120 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARISOPRODOL, DIAZEPAM, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died on 09/15/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, diarrhoea, hot flush, hyperhidrosis, inadequate analgesia, rhinorrhoea. Avinza dosage: 90 MGS. -1 CAPSULE- THREE TIMES A DAY PO. Patient recovered.
