Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 217.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cushing's syndrome, hypertension, oedema. Avinza dosage: 120 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE, GABAPENTIN, MIRTAZAPINE, NAPROXEN, OXYCODONE LIQUID. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, ACETAMINOPHEN AND OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
