Female patient was diagnosed with temporomandibular joint syndrome, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, fatigue, formication, malaise, vomiting. Avinza dosage: 30 MG, QD. Patient recovered.

Female patient was diagnosed with back pain , anxiety disorder, sleep disorder , gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, fatigue, mood altered. Avinza dosage: 60 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, ATIVAN, NEXIUM, PERCOCET. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , colonic polyp , duodenal ulcer, fatigue, insomnia, joint range of motion decreased, muscle spasms, postnasal drip. Avinza dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, FEMARA, LIBRIUM, LEXAPRO, WELLBUTRIN, FOLGARD RX, PERCOCET. Patient recovered.
