Avinza Side Effects Report #5972756-8
Avinza side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 26, 2008. Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device migration, fall , hallucination, joint injury. Avinza dosage: 30MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 28, 2005. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, fall . Avinza dosage: 30 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with AZITHROMYCIN. Patient died on 02/04/2005.

Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 03, 2005. Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 173.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, cyanosis, fall , foaming at mouth, hyperhidrosis, respiratory arrest, snoring , somnolence. Avinza dosage: 60 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARISOPRODOL, PROMETHAZINE GEL, VENLAFAXINE. Patient died on 06/30/2004.
