Avinza side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 25, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain contusion, convulsion, fibromyalgia, foot fracture, impaired driving ability, loss of consciousness, psychiatric symptom, rib fracture. Avinza dosage: 120 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with TOMANZAPAM, PLAVIX, AVENSIL, LORAZEPAM, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, AMBIEN, LASIX, PREVACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion. Avinza dosage: 320 MG QD NG. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, DULOXETINE, MIDAZOLAM, MORPHINE SULPHATE, SCOPOLAMINE. Patient died on 04/22/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, GABAPENTIN, HYDROMORPHONE, PROCHLORPERAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
