Female patient was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia , breakthrough pain, depression , anxiety disorder, essential tremor, sleep disorder  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , detoxification, toxicologic test abnormal, withdrawal syndrome. Avinza dosage: 360 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ACTIQ, LORAZEPAM, STRATTERA, PROPANOLOL, ANDROGEL, TRAZODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient died on 04/01/2005.
