Avinza Side Effects Report #4614960-7
Avinza side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 28, 2005. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, fall . Avinza dosage: 30 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with AZITHROMYCIN. Patient died on 02/04/2005.

Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain , neck pain and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, hypotension. Avinza dosage: 60 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, GABAPENTIN, HYDROMORPHONE, PROCHLORPERAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, AMITRIPTYLINE, ESCITALOPRAM, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, cardiomegaly, coma, coronary artery atherosclerosis, pleural disorder , pulmonary oedema, ventricular hypertrophy. Avinza dosage: 60 MG. During the same period patient was treated with BENTYL, DEXTRO AMPHETAMINE SULPHATE, PERCOCET, DICYCLOMINE, DEXTRO AMPHETAMINE SULPHATE, OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died on 05/28/2004.
