Female patient was diagnosed with postoperative analgesia, antibiotic prophylaxis, procedural nausea and was treated with Avinza. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose. Avinza dosage: 30 MG, PRN. During the same period patient was treated with SKELAXIN, LUNESTA, LEVAQUIN, PHENERGAN. Patient died on 03/01/2007.
