Female patient, 29 years of age, weighting 116.8 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection, asthma  and was treated with Avelon. Avelon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLACID, PULMISON, FLIXONASE, SYMBICORT, MOXIPEN, AMOXICILLIN. Patient died.
