Avalox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 19, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive airways disease exacerbated, infection  and was treated with Avalox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood amylase increased, haemoglobin decreased, jaundice acholuric, lipase increased, red blood cell count decreased. Avalox dosage: 400 MG, TOTAL DAILY, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Avalox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 10, 2005. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with bronchitis  and was treated with Avalox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood fibrinogen increased, chills, epilepsy , haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, malaise. Avalox dosage: 400 MG, QD , ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MUCOSOLVAN, AMINOPHYLLIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
