Avalox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 09, 2005. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia aspiration and was treated with Avalox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, diarrhoea, eosinophilia, hyponatraemia, oedema peripheral, pleural effusion, pneumonia aspiration, pulse absent. Avalox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MARCUMAR, BAYOTENSIN, ENABETA, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient died on 04/17/2005.

Avalox side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 21, 2005. Male patient, 28 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia and was treated with Avalox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, dehydration, fluid intake reduced, gingival disorder, renal impairment. Avalox dosage: 400 MG, TOTAL DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SANDIMMUNE, CELLCEPT, BELOC, CAPTOPRIL, CATAPRES, DOXAZOSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
