Avalide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 14, 2005. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Avalide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, dyspnoea, face oedema, swelling face, swollen tongue. Avalide dosage: 150MG/12.5MG DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, LIPITOR, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, XANAX, PREVACID, TRENTAL, AGGRENOX, STARLIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
