After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, disorientation, nausea , tremor. Avalide dosage: AVALID 150MG/12.5MG ONCE DAILY. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, hypothyroidism, back pain , irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Avalide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , asthenia, disorientation, dizziness , dyspnoea, migraine , speech disorder. Avalide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, LIPITOR, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, SYNTHROID, NORCO, VALTREX, FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM, ZELNORM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
