Atropine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 01, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 167.0 lb, was diagnosed with ophthalmological examination, corrective lens user and was treated with Atropine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood cholesterol increased, blood triglycerides increased, disorientation, dry mouth, dry throat, eye infection , headache , hyperacusis. Atropine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TROPICAMIDE, SCOPOLAMINE, CYCLOGYL. Patient recovered.

Atropine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 11, 2005. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 169.8 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis , back pain  and was treated with Atropine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anaemia, arterial occlusive disease, blood cholesterol increased, bursitis , chest pain , coronary artery disease , depressed mood, diarrhoea. Atropine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPRO, VIOXX, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
