Male patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 50.71 lb, was diagnosed with osteotomy and was treated with Atracurium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , electrocardiogram qt prolonged, supraventricular tachycardia. Atracurium dosage: 10 MG ONCE PR. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
