Atracurium side effect was reported by a Physician from SAUDI ARABIA on Aug 17, 2007. Male patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 33.07 lb, was diagnosed with maintenance of anaesthesia and was treated with Atracurium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, bradycardia. Atracurium dosage: 0.5 MG/KG. During the same period patient was treated with ATRACURIUM BESYLATE, PROMETHAZINE, THIOPENTONE, SUCCINYLCHOLINE CHLORIDE, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.

Atracurium dosage: 5 + 30 MG. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL CITRATE, LIDOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, PROPOFOL, LACTATED RINGER. Patient died.

Patient died.
