After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood pressure systolic decreased, cardiac arrest , lactic acidosis, metabolic acidosis, pneumonia , pneumothorax, pyrexia. Ativan dosage: 50 MG; EVERY HR; IV. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, NIMBEX, LEVOFLOXACIN, AZITHROMYCIN, CEFTRIAXONE, VANCOMYCIN, FAMOTIDINE, HEPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
