Atgam Side Effects Report #4713493-7
Atgam side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 21, 2005. Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 263.2 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Atgam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, alanine aminotransferase increased, atrioventricular block second degree, hyperbilirubinaemia, hypersensitivity, hypocalcaemia, hypomagnesaemia, infusion related reaction, international normalised ratio increased. Atgam dosage: 4820 MG (QD), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, FUROSEMIDE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, HYDROCORTISONE, LEVOXYL, TESTOSTERONE, TROGLITAZONE, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Atgam side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 24, 2006. Male patient, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with lung transplant rejection and was treated with Atgam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hypotension, infusion related reaction, urticaria. Atgam dosage: 400 MG IV DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CALATONIN, CALCIUM CARBONATE, INSULIN, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, ITRACONAZOLE, LANSOPRAZOLE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient recovered.
