Atarax side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 20, 2006. Male patient, 23 years of age, weighting 161.4 lb, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Atarax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, injection site swelling, myositis , oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, sensory disturbance, skin warm. Atarax dosage: 25 MG (25 MG,QD; DAILY), INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with PENTAZOCINE LACTATE, ISALON, LEVOFLOXACIN, FLUMETHOLON, ISOZOL, ESTAZOLAM, CEFOTIAM HYDROCHLORIDE, PRIMPERAN. Patient recovered.
