Atarax side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Jan 28, 2009. Female patient was diagnosed with urticaria, prurigo and was treated with Atarax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, gene mutation identification test, palpitations, pregnancy , syncope, tinnitus , torsade de pointes, ventricular arrhythmia, vertigo. Atarax dosage: 75 MG, 1X/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PARAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
