Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with urticaria cholinergic, multiple allergies, arthritis  and was treated with Atarax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , brain stem thrombosis, dizziness , endodontic procedure, exostosis, gingival disorder, prostate examination abnormal. Atarax dosage: 600 MG, 1 IN 1 4 HR. During the same period patient was treated with ZYRTEC, CELEBREX, HYDROXYZINE, ALLEGRA, CLARITIN, SEREVENT DISKUS, PROTONIX, ALBUTEROL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dizziness , dyspnoea, eczema , fall , palpitations, rash . Atarax dosage: 25 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZYRTEC, URSODIOL, KRESTIN, BERIZYM, GASCON, ALINAMIN, CEPHADOL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy , cerebrovascular accident, cholelithiasis, coronary artery disease , dizziness , hepatic cyst, lacunar infarction, peripheral vascular disorder. Atarax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, LIBRIUM, MILK OF MAGNESIA, MYLANTA, PLAVIX, PRILOSEC, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 07/19/2004.
