Atarax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 24, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, femur fracture, pyrexia, melaena and was treated with Atarax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia macrocytic, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, dementia What is  dementia, disorientation, fall What is  fall, femur fracture, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased. Atarax dosage: 25 MG (1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MEPROBAMATE, KETOPROFEN, CLAVULIN, ACETAMINOPHEN, PANTOPRAZOLE, THIAMINE, PYRIDOXINE, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Atarax dosage: (50 MG), INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL CITRATE, PROPOFOL, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, NITROUS OXIDE, OXYGEN, SEVOFLURANE. Patient recovered.
