After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state. Atarax dosage: 300 MG (100 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, ALENDRONATE, PYRIDOXINE, ALFUZOSIN, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, ALLOPURINOL, OMEPRAZOLE, NICERGOLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
