Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with ear disorder and was treated with Astelin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , convulsion, dizziness , dyspnoea, hypertension, loss of consciousness, muscle spasms, mydriasis, unresponsive to stimuli. Astelin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRADIOL, SERTRALINE, SPIRONOLACTONE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , amnesia, apnoea, blood albumin decreased, blood pressure increased, blood urea decreased, confusional state, convulsion, cough. Astelin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NASONEX, XOPENEX, ESTRADIOL, SERTRALINE, SPIRONOLACTONE. Patient recovered.
