Ascorbic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Nov 29, 2007. Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was treated with Ascorbic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac disorder, hypercalcaemia, hyperoxaluria, renal failure chronic, tubulointerstitial nephritis. Ascorbic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM CARBONATE, LASIX, LISINOPRIL, VITAMIN A, VITAMIN D, LEVOTHYROXINE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, NIACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
