Artist Side Effects Report #5136301-1
Artist side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 20, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Artist. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardiac arrest , cardiogenic shock, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest. Artist dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ETIZOLAM, PILSICAINIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, HEPARIN, VASOLAN, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , coma, depressed level of consciousness, hyponatraemia, phlebitis. Artist dosage: 10MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, ADALAT, CALSLOT, CARDENALIN, HERBESSER. Patient recovered.

Artist dosage: 10MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, TRIPAMIDE, WARFARIN, ALLOZYM, JUVELA, ADALAT, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
