Artist Side Effects Report #5884961-X
Artist side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 15, 2008. Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Artist. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase decreased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, left ventricular dysfunction, pericardial effusion, platelet count decreased. Artist dosage: 10MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with BEPRICOR, DIGOSIN, OLMETEC, SELBEX, LASIX, SENNA, WARFARIN, ZYLORIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Artist dosage: 10MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with BEPRICOR, DIGOSIN, OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL, SELBEX, LASIX, SENNA, WARFARIN, ZYLORIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Artist dosage: 10MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with HERCEPTIN, MYSLEE, WARFARIN, MICARDIS, LIVALO, LOXONIN, AROMASIN, MUCOSTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
