Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , urinary tract infection  and was treated with Arthrotec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: international normalised ratio increased, muscle twitching, renal failure acute. Arthrotec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOPRIM SULPHATE, SERTRALINE, RAMIPRIL, SPIRONOLACTONE, WARFARIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
