Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with arthropathy, hypertension, depression What is  depression and was treated with Arthrotec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematocrit decreased, rectal haemorrhage. Arthrotec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, PAROXETINE, OMEPRAZOLE, REPAGLINIDE, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
