Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Arthrotec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, burning sensation, swelling. Arthrotec dosage: 75 MG (75 MG, AS NECESSARY). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
