Arsenic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from TURKEY on Dec 12, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma What is  multiple myeloma and was treated with Arsenic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, hypotension, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pyrexia, respiratory distress, septic shock, ventricular arrhythmia. Arsenic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASCORBIC ACID, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/06/2005.

Arsenic dosage: 0.3 MG/KG 0.3MG/KG/DAY X 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS EVERY 28 DAYS QD INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Arsenic dosage: 0.15 MG/KG QD INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient died.

Arsenic dosage: 17 MG DAYS 1-5 AND 8-12 OF EACH CYCLE QD INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ARSENIC TRIOXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
