Arsenic side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Sept 22, 2008. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Arsenic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopneumonia, haemoglobin decreased, neutrophil percentage decreased, platelet count decreased, respiratory depression, white blood cell count decreased. Arsenic dosage: 15 MG TWO TIMES PER WEEK (3 CYCLES) INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with ARSENIC TRIOXIDE, ZELITREX, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, MAG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
