Arrow side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NEW ZEALAND on Mar 20, 2009. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with anxiety
, depression
and was treated with Arrow. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect. Arrow dosage: 40 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOPICLONE, FOLIC ACID, AMOXICILLIN, PREDNISOLONE, PARACETAMOL, ERYTHROMYCIN, FLUTICASONE. Patient recovered.
