Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Aripiprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoglycaemia, mental disorder, treatment noncompliance, urinary incontinence , weight decreased. Aripiprazole dosage: 15MG/DAY AFTER 3 MONTHS.. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, GLICLAZIDE, RISPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
