Arginine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 22, 2005. Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with hypotension, sepsis
and was treated with Arginine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: extremity necrosis, leg amputation. Arginine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ARGININE VASOPRESSIN, DEXTROSE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
