Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , blood creatinine increased, bronchial haemorrhage, cerebrovascular accident, condition aggravated, liver function test abnormal, platelet count decreased, post procedural complication, rectal haemorrhage. Argatroban dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
