Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular spasm, disease recurrence, hypoglycaemia. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, SIMVASTATIN, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, PANTOZOL, METOCLOPRAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, MERONEM, CALCITROL. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, carotid artery stenosis, cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral infarction, disease recurrence, oedema peripheral, white blood cell count increased. Argatroban dosage: 60 MG, BID, INTRAVENOUS; 10 MG INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, SOLDEM, DIGOXIN, ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, cerebral infarction, dialysis , disease recurrence, hemiplegia, nausea , renal failure. Argatroban dosage: 60 MG, QD, INTRAVENOUS, 10 MG, BID, INTRAVENOUE. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, NORVASC. Patient recovered.
