Argatroban side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 02, 2007. Female patient, 22 years of age, weighting 201.5 lb, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, urinary tract infection  and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood pressure increased, depressed level of consciousness, heart rate decreased. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYVOX, PEPCID, WARFARIN, IMMUNOGLOBULIN, FRAGMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, haemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Argatroban dosage: 120 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, CATACLOT, SOLDEM, GRTPA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure immeasurable, blood pressure systolic decreased, bradycardia, depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal, gaze palsy. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, subdural haematoma. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LACTULOSE, REGLAN, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DOCUSATE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, LEVOPHED, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/17/2005.
