Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, deep vein thrombosis  and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, deep vein thrombosis , liver disorder, skin necrosis. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, SPIRONOLACTONE, IRON POLYSACCHARIDE, CEFAPINE, LASIX, ZOCOR, PROTONIX, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
