Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood fibrinogen decreased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, carotid artery stenosis, cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral infarction, cerebral thrombosis, deep vein thrombosis
, disease recurrence. Argatroban dosage: 60 MGH, BID, INTRAVENOUS; 10 MG, BID, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, SOLDEM, DIGOXIN, ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Argatroban Side Effects Report #5244260-6

Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BAYASPIRIN, RADICUT, SOLDEM, DIGOXIN, ALLOPURINOL, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
