Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with pain in extremity, skin ulcer and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bacterial infection , blood alkaline phosphatase increased, c-reactive protein increased, cholecystitis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, off label use. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, SOLDEM. Patient recovered.
