Argatroban Side Effects Report #5148631-8
Argatroban side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 25, 2006. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and was treated with Argatroban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, activated partial thromboplastin time shortened, burkitt's lymphoma stage iv, metastases to pancreas, renal failure acute. Argatroban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, NORVASC, PRONTONIX, METOPROLOL, DIGOXIN, LORAZEPAM, VITAMIN K. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/27/2006.
