Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency and was treated with Aralast. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, myocardial infarction. Aralast dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYGEN, CYMBALTA, ALPRAZOLAM, METHYLPHENIDATE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ALBUTEROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
