Female patient, weighting 98.33 lb, was diagnosed with prothrombin time prolonged and was treated with Aquamephyton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, face oedema, hyperhidrosis, hypotension, prothrombin time prolonged, tachycardia, visual disturbance, vomiting. Aquamephyton dosage: 5 MG X1 IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with haematuria, amyloidosis and was treated with Aquamephyton. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amyloidosis, cardiac amyloidosis, cardiac failure congestive, factor x deficiency, prothrombin time prolonged, refusal of treatment by patient, soft tissue haemorrhage, splenomegaly. Aquamephyton dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
